Policy

Shipping Policy

Your order will be shipped out within 4-7 working days, excluding weekends.

If you have any questions or concerns about your order, please feel free to reach out to us at Baddievibezco@gmail.com. We aim to respond to your email within 72 hours. Kindly wait for us to fulfill your order before contacting us. However, if 7 days have gone by, and your order has not been shipped yet, please email us along with your order number.

Cancellation Policy

After we have sent out your order, you will not have the option to cancel it because your package will be on its way to your designated location. If you need to modify the delivery address, kindly email us with your order number and the new address.

Return Policy

We allow customers to return items if the item is unused. Your first order will be a free return. After your first return, you will have to reship it back to us to receive a refund or replacement. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items during transits. Please contact the postal service that your order is shipped from. If your tracking number has not been updated in 7 days from pre-shipment stage, please contact the postal office that your order is shipping from.

Refund Policy

All customers must read refund policy. If you did not read this page, you’ll still be responsible and held accountable for. Once your order says delivered, you can not dispute it through your bank. If you are unsatisfied with your order, go to “Contact” and we will help you resolve the issue. We will not accept disputes from your bank once the order has been delivered. We ask that you DO NOT order with someone else’s card because that will be fraudulent, and this company is not responsible for fraudulent activity on someone else card. This will used for evidence. DO NOT CONTACT YOUR BANK! Email us first baddievibezco@gmail.com

When should you ask for a refund?

A customer should only request for a refund when their order hasn’t been shipped. When a customer order(s) receives a tracking number, and the tracking number hasn’t been updated in a week not including Saturday nor Sunday, you are allowed to request a refund. We do not give refunds when the package has a delivery date or a recent update. We will only give you a refund if your order is in a pre-shipment stage for a week or you don’t have a tracking number after 7 days. 

Dispute policy

We ask every customer to not dispute your order with your bank. Please email us Baddievibezco@gmail.com for any concerns or questions regarding your order. If there is a dispute order, we will use this policy as evidence. Disputing is not a way to get your money back, so we advise you not to open a dispute case. If a dispute case is open, you will be banned from placing an order with us in the future. We also have the rights to sue anyone that open a fraudulent dispute claim. We have a business lawyer for any dispute claims. We advise that any customer that don’t want to get in legal trouble with the law don’t open a dispute claim. 

Delivery policy

If you having delivery issues, please contact the delivery company USPS at 1 (800) 275-8777. If your package says delivered and you didn’t receive it, make a claim https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm and report the package as missing. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, and we will not reship them out. Once you receive a tracking number, you are responsible to track your order every update. We are not responsible for USPS delays or late arrivals. We are not responsible for the wrong address, so double check that the address you enter is the one you will be able to receive your package. If your address is wrong, please email us Baddievibezco@gmail.com 24 hours after you placed your order. If your address is wrong and it’s already been shipped, we will not be able to help you. You must contact USPS at 1 (800) 275-8777 for any address changes. All customer are required to read this page before ordering. If you do not read, you’ll still be held accountable.

Please read description when ordering our piercings. Make sure before you purchase that you’re not allergic to any material or at a high risk of breaking out of our material. We are not responsible for any breakouts or affections. All of our products have details on the material and size. Please make sure you do your research on how to clean your piercings to avoid any affections or reactions.
